We are happy to introduce Coral, our new edge polisher, designed for those who are looking for maximum performance in a small space. This innovative machine offers precision and versatility, with a compact design, that doesn’t compromise on quality. Designed and built according to Comandulli’s rigorous construction standards.
Every component, every detail is designed to guarantee long life and superior performance over time. The quality of the materials, the attention in the assembly phase and the strict control of each production step, ensure a strong and reliable machine to easily process natural stone, engineered stone and ceramic.
The machine is made to be connected to company ICT networks, external software and can be programmed remotely.

- The machine is equipped with a simple and reliable multifunction device for calibration and upper cutting.
- 5 sturdy, precise and maintenance-free polishing units, that guarantee high quality polishing to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
- 2 lower and 2 upper chamfering units can be equipped with a manual probe system for a constant bevel.
- The pneumatic pressers have been optimized to allow the processing of glued pieces and countertops with sink cut out.
- Completely new software allows simple and intuitive programming, with the ability to create touch-selectable programs for each job.
The exclusive features of a Comandulli machine: RUBY
- Machine structure made of electro-welded steel, completely machined on a boring machine.
- All our machines undergo corrosion treatment through sandblasting, metallization, and painting.
- Coverings are coated with cataphoresis before painting, and the covers are made of stainless steel.
- Working without a counterbar is possible thanks to the special belt sliding system, guided by special grooves, and the workpiece anchored by pneumatic pistons.
- Conveyor belt rests on a stainless steel surface, guided by special grooves.
- Independent controls for each individual spindle.
- Water collection tank with two side drains.

- First upper and lower bevelling unit with patented calibrated bevel device for a perfectly precise bevel from the beginning to the end of the work piece, with programmable width
